Product Returns & Refunds
Standard products purchased directly from Infinitybox, LLC may be returned for a refund up to 30 calendar days after receipt. Product must be in new, unused and unopened condition. After the 30 day period, we will not accept product returns. Any custom products may not be returned. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
To return a product:
1. Contact Infinitybox sales at (847) 232-1991 to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
2. Safely package your unused product and the original packaging. Infinitybox is not responsible for product damaged in return shipment.
3. Display your RMA on the outside of the return package
4. Include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice.
Returned packages must comply with all 4 points listed above. If any of these items are missing, package will be held or returned to the customer at their expense.

Upon receipt of your return, and verification of all required documentation, the product will be inspected and evaluated to ensure its new, unused and unopened condition. A credit will be issued to the credit card number processed with the original, minus the amount of the restocking Fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs for returned product. Refunds to credit cards can take 3 to 4 weeks to process.
If the customer chooses to cancel an order for standard product purchased with a credit card on the Infinitybox website or over the phone, before the product ships, they may do so without having to pay a cancelation fee or restocking fee. A written request to cancel the order must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. This clause is only applicable for cash-in-advance retail sales for standard product purchased through the Infinitybox website or over the phone. Commercial customer purchase orders are subject to the terms and conditions in the quotation or proposal submitted by Infinitybox, LLC.
Refunds issued to a customer may take 3 to 4 weeks to process.
